To purchase a product from our Web site, you must provide your name, address and e-mail address. We retain your contact information only for customer service correspondence. In order to make payments through PayPal, you must provide credit card or debit card. However, we don't obtain or return your credit card information. Customer Service Correspondence

If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and letters, we retain such information in our records. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from Affordable Diploma Frames to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law. Affordable Diploma Frames will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. Affordable Diploma Frames will not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties except in the limited circumstances described below, or with your express permission. 1. We disclose information that we in good faith believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity. 2. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.

PayPal's Information

Security PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. We test our security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit our security systems and processes. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
