- Fulfilling your order
- Each frame is handcrafted to meet your specifications. Please allow 5-10 business days to handcraft your frame(s).
- Shipping your order
- Standard shipping method: UPS ground. Please provide a street address for the shipping address for your order. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
- Standard shipping rate: $10.50 (one frame). It will be a little more for double opening frames and orders with multiple frames. Please call for pricing for express shipping needs.
- Order status
- We'll notify you by e-mail once your order is shipped. Please allow 3 to 7 days to receive your frame.
- Return policy
- If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please return it in 30 days within receipt of your order and we will refund the full price of it or send you a replacement (should you request it)
- Damaged during Shipping
- In the unlikely event that your frame is damaged during shipping, please return it to us and we will prompt ship a replacement to you.
- If you're happy about our service, refer a friend and you'll get 10% on second purchase (the referral is valid only if your friend actually makes purchase on our Web site). At the same time, your friend who is referred to our Website with your referral number also gets 10% off his/her first purchase.
